He bumped a 10 month old thread asking for his new book. 

Periodization will never change, it is an umbrella concept; the only things that change are underneath the umbrella. People just say it has changed so they sell more books.

Raymond Verheijen is not a Dr. at all!
He does have a masters Human movement science.

If you want actual science you should look up Tudor Bompa, regarded as the father of periodization.

I'd be glad to delete this thread at the request of either Brian41 (the thread starter) or Kiery (the poor guy everyone is asking to send a copy of the book).  Either way, this is one of the worst zombie threads on this site, especially in terms of first time / one-time posters popping up asking for a copy of the book.
