To Kev and everyone else:

Wherever you maybe, whatever your plans, may this day and the coming year bring you good health, joy, and memories you are able to share with those you love for many years to come. Best wishes for a most Merry Christmas!

For those livingn in Germany I hoped you liked your goose. If the oven is too small for goose I hope uou liked the duck.

Here on Christmas Eve we had lasagna. Christmas Day I wanted pot roast.

New Year's Day macaroni pie.

Oh here is a nice receipt for Rice balls

God wants me to pass this around [smile]

Landi's Pork Store Rice Balls Recipe

1 & 1/4 lbs- Rice
1 & 1/4 lbs- Mozzarella Cheese, finely diced
1/4 lbs- Ham, finely diced
1/4 lbs- Pepperoni, finely diced
1/4 lbs- Salami, finely diced
1/4 Cups- Dried Parsley
1/4 lbs- Grated Locatelli Cheese

Allow rice to cool before mixing.
Grind up the meat and mozzarella then mix together with rice.

Mix until it is easy to roll into a ball.

Then coat each ball with flour, dip in egg, then bread crumbs.

Fry until golden brown.
